Director Biography
LJ Johnson grew up Bloomington, Minnesota, and moved to Los Angeles to try and sell her quirky stories. While in Los Angeles, she had a feature film produced, pilots in development, and wrote and directed a six episode web-series about adults running a lemonade stand. Recently, LJ moved back to Minnesota to raise her rambunctious 3yr old, and to focus on more Midwest-centric stories. In the last year, LJ has written and directed two short films and pilot that have garnered awards and are making their rounds on the festival circuit. She currently works as a commercial director in the Twin Cities.
