Director Biography

Tuomas KurtakkoTuomas Kurtakko was born and raised far above the arctic circle in Finnish Lapland, and is currently living in Helsinki, Finland. He studied audiovisual media culture and sound design at University of Lapland. Previously he has directed music videos, short form documentaries and a couple of hand drawn animation shorts. Überfrog is his debut 3rd animated short film and also his first film aimed at the festival circuit.
