Description

When her family moves to Buenos Aires from Mar del Plata to care for their ailing grandmother, Camila has to abandon her friends. From an open-minded public school to a conservative private school, Camila feels a stong sense of rebellion–both politically and sexually–that will change her life, for better or worse. Inés Barrionuevo’s third film is a constantly surprising look at adolescent life in Argentina, and shouldn’t be missed. “[A] brisk, upbeat, energetically shot and edited film, with a young cast that couldn’t be bettered…” –Jonathan Romney, Screen Daily
