Director:Penelope Spheeris

From Wayne's basement, the pair broadcast a talk show called "Wayne's World" on local public access television. The show comes to the attention of a sleazy network executive (Rob Lowe) who wants to produce a big-budget version of the talk show —and he also wants Wayne's girlfriend, a rock singer named Cassandra (Tia Carrere). Wayne and Garth have to battle the executive not only to save their show, but also Cassandra.

Initially, the studio aimed to feature a Guns N' Roses song for the head-banging scene. However, Myers insisted on Bohemian Rhapsody and went as far as threatening to quit the production if his choice was not honored. Interestingly, years later, Mike Myers played a role in the Academy-Award® winner Bohemian Rhapsody, adding an intriguing connection to the iconic song's legacy.
