LONG ISLAND YOUTH FILM FESTIVAL

Friday, November 7th – Sunday, November 9th

The Cinema Arts Centre’s Youth Advisory Board is proud to present the second annual Long Island Youth Film Festival! Featuring a weekend of exciting films and discussions with filmmakers 25 and under, who live or work on Long Island, the LIYFF is a chance to explore the cinematic artistry of up-and-coming local creators.

On Sunday we've got a block of documentary shorts, a showcase feature film, a block of narrative shorts, and educational panels, all culminating in the Awards Ceremony reception!

We’ll close the festival by presenting awards for Best Narrative Short Film, Best High School Short Film, and Best Documentary Short Film. Join us to honor the creativity and vision of this year’s filmmakers.


7:00pm - 9:00pm Sunday Night Reception - Sky Room Cafe

Join us as we wrap up the festival and celebrate the winners! Music and refreshments will be provided!
