Phoebe, a sassy bike mechanic, enjoys her San Francisco life, but she is starting to lose it where men are concerned. She feels instant chemistry when she meets Michael, a newcomer to the scene, at her favorite haunt. But a sudden turn of events changes her mind—and spins them both into a vicious cycle. Awakened by recurring dark and fuzzy dreams, Phoebe goes about her day with regularity, from martial arts routines, to morning bike rides, to a typical day at the bike shop. But when the sun goes down, the nocturnal creature of The Spinster awakens and rides menacingly into the night.
