Breathe & Bloom: Women’s Wellness Day

Weymouth Center invites women of all ages to slow down, reconnect, and nourish body, mind, and spirit. Spend the day in community with instructors Severine Hutchins, Emily Whittle, and Ally Markotich as you move through yoga, sound bath, intention setting, and Qigong designed to restore balance and awaken your inner vitality.

Severine Hutchins: E-RYT 500, YACEP, certified: Yin, Restorative, LSD, Nidra, Holds, Assist, Sound Bath, Reiki Master. “There are many reasons for and benefits of yoga. For me, what started as a physical practice has evolved into a moving meditation where I find gratitude for what I have, kindness for what is inaccessible, and joy of discovery for that which I never thought I would achieve. My invitation is that no matter your background or current situation, you can come to yoga, putting preconceived ideas aside, and see what you can discover about yourself and the world around you.”

Ally Markotich is an artist, poet and creator of Soul Kindling, LLC. Ally creates from a place of heart and soul to spark sacred imagination, prayerful possibility and relationship with the Divine Feminine. With playful approach and rich depth, she teaches accessible ways to navigate one’s inner world via simple creative prompts. She is the author of Soul Kindling: Ignite your Sacred, Creative Heart and lives in North Carolina with her husband, two sons and yellow lab. You can find more about her offerings at www.soulkindling.com. She shares her colorful art and musings on Substack at “The Illuminated She”.

Emily Whittle: In 2001, Emily ordained into the Order of Interbeing, receiving the name True Wonderful Happiness and becoming a core member of the worldwide Plum Village Community under the leadership of Zen master Thich Nhat Hanh. Her new career became the practice of mindfulness, and rather than abandoning her life as an artist, she embraced the challenge of infusing both her art and her Qigong teaching with the energy of mindfulness.
