Ebenezer Scrooge, portrayed by Albert Finney, embodies the characteristic of a miser. He possesses great wealth, but he is extremely frugal and unwilling to spend his money. Moreover, he takes advantage of his employee Bob Cratchit, played by David Collings, who is a kind-hearted individual. However, on the night of Christmas Eve, Scrooge experiences a shocking revelation when he is visited by the ghost of his former business partner, Jacob Marley, portrayed by Alec Guinness.
