Thirty-one years ago like-minded neighbors decided to prevent the piecemeal destruction of the neighborhood they loved and the authentic way of life it provided. Twenty-five years ago they succeed when the Bungalow Heaven Landmark District was established in Pasadena, CA. Here is their story—in their own words, filmed and edited by one of them.
BUNGALOW HEAVEN: PRESERVING A NEIGHBORHOOD is a film that needs to be seen by all who live in beloved older neighborhoods that are threatened by thoughtless redevelopment or wholesale destruction.
