The Women of Weymouth meets on the first Wednesday of the month from September to May. Each meeting features an invited speaker or program. Social time begins at 11:00. The business meeting begins at 11:15 am and is followed by the month’s featured speaker. This month's featured speaker is Mama Moses of the Underground Railroad.

In collaboration with the Southern Pines Land & Housing Trust, join us for a joyful celebration featuring the SPLHT Community Choir, The Royal Travelers Quartet, and the Union Pines Chamber Singers, opening for the Gospel Choir of North Carolina Central University. This event is free and open to the public. Registration appreciated. Doors open at 2:00 p.m

Songs of love performed by your favorite local musicians including former Weymouth Executive Director, Katie Wyatt on the viola with her band, Ice Cream for Breakfast, and Mezzo Soprano Andrea Moore. Join us in the Great Room for this  romantic event in the lovely Great Room. The Opening Act, beginning at 1:30, is performed by local student musicians.

Join us as we explore the life of NC Wyeth, his illustrations, murals and fine art through the eyes of artist and educator Ellen Burke. The Weymouth Center currently has three original paintings from James Boyd's 1925 novel, "Drums" on display. The evening offers a unique opportunity to learn more about the artist who brought the classics to life.

Join us to watch the annual traditional mounted hunt! Experience the excitement as members of the Moore County Hounds embark on a hunt reminiscent of the Boyds’ era. Founded in 1914 by James and Jackson Boyd, the Moore County Hounds continue this long-standing tradition today.

This event was rescheduled from February 1st: Special indoor edition of Come Sunday Jazz! ONYX CLUB BOYS is an acoustic string band rooted in Django Reinhardt’s Gypsy Jazz sounds of 1930's Paris, and Stuff Smith's New York City Swing with special guest, Sophie Dal-Pra.

This event was rescheduled from January 25th due to weather. Saxophonist Gabriel Sánchez Porras and pianist Elizabeth Loparits will present a program showcasing saxophone and piano music from Latin America, with special emphasis on music from the Caribbean region. The program includes music from Colombia, Cuba, and Uruguay drawing inspiration from the region’s rich and diverse rhythms.
